Our vibrant midweek kids evening, Tuesdays from 6pm to 7:30pm. If you have a child from Grade 2 to Grade 5, bring them to Cornerstone Kids for 90 minutes of Bible teaching, songs, activities and snacks…and lots of fun!
Cornerstone Kids uses the grow kids curriculum.
We love seeing families worship together during on Sunday mornings! However we also know that some children need something a little more age-specific to help them get to know this God they’re singing to. That’s why we encourage children to stay in the auditorium with their families for the first part of the service, before leaving to Kids’ Church with our teachers and volunteers just before the teaching begins.
Out of consideration for current Covid realities, we do not run a supervised nursery. However the nursery is open for any parents who wish to use the space to supervise their own pre-school children. The entire service can be viewed from a livestream monitor set up in the nursery.

Momentum Youth
Momentum (Grade 6-12) meets Wednesday nights, 7-8:45pm for games, tuck, fun activities, worship music, discussion groups and a Bible message. Join our Facebook page or follow us on Instagram to keep up with the latest that’s going on at Momentum.

Sunday mornings aren’t enough. We need other opportunities to grow in our maturity and faith in Jesus. That’s why Cornerstone has growgroups. Whether seasonal, thematic, sermon based, online or in-person, these groups are a lifeline for many people at Cornerstone. These groups tend to ebb and flow and pop up and wrap up, so to find out what groups are running at the moment, contact the office.

Grounds and Facilities | Kim Holland
When Kim is not cleaning or coordinating renovation projects at Cornerstone (or dealing with the latest urgent call from the manse), Kim loves prioritizing family, connecting with friends and reading what other people recommend to her. Kim has a hobby farm, 5 teenage kids and has an eye for home décor.
Ask her about why winter is her favourite season.

Administrator | Stacey Norris
You'll find Stacey outdoors no matter what the season. In the summer she's in her gardens, deadheading plants or pulling weeds. In the wintertime she enjoys skating and downhill skiing and seldom misses the opportunity to build a snowman. But when the weather gets very miserable, she's quick to find a puzzle or book to pass the time.
She and her family have called Cornerstone their home church for many years now, and was excited to join the staff when a job opportunity arose. She's a multitasker extraordinaire! who's skills are put to use weekly.

Lead Pastor | Dan Wallis
You will often find Dan out taking pictures on hikes with the family and dog, reading books on his Kindle, trying out new tech, or dreaming with his wife about the next country they’d like to visit.
He is from Wales and has spent most of his adult life split between sailing with his family on a Christian missionary ship (om.org/ships/) and serving the local church in North Gower.

Bookkeeper | Kandice Redmond
Kandice is our part-time bookkeeper, bringing with her 12 years (and counting) of experience in the dual fields of bookkeeping and stay-at-home-mom-ing. Her husband and 4 children spend time together hiking, biking, swimming, playing cards, board games, canoeing, fishing and camping. She has clocked in many hours and kilometres driving her children to various activities as well as coaching minor league sports herself.
Ask her about playing university level basketball at uOttawa.
